HB 69 Pam Snyder (D) Amends the Automobile Lemon Law, further providing for definitions, for repair obligations, for manufacturer's duty for refund or replacement and for presumption of a reasonable number of attempts. HB 113 Perry Stambaugh (F)(R) Amends Title 75 (Vehicles), in general provisions, for obedience to authorized persons directing traffic and providing for drivers in organized motorcycle processions; and, in rules of the road, providing for following too closely. SR 113 Camera Bartolotta (R) Resolution designating the month of May 2021 as "Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Month" in Pennsylvania. Last Action: 5-17-21 S Introduced and referred to committee on Senate Rules and Executive Nominations. Senator Bartolotta spoke about Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month on the Senate Floor during a session day in mid-May.
Election/Redistricting Update The legislature is in the process of drawing new district maps for state House and Senate as well as for our congressional representatives. The redistricting process coupled with the November 2022 election will be sure to create many changes in the legislature. The preliminary redistricting maps currently have several incumbent House and Senate members now residing in the same district. They would potentially face each other in the election. A list of those potential races is below as well as a current list of legislators who have announced their retirement.

The Motorcycle Riders Foundation is chiefly concerned with issues at the national and international levels that impact the freedom and safety of American street motorcyclists. We are also committed to educating rights advocates to improve effectiveness at the state and local levels. The MRF works together with State Motorcyclists’ Rights Organizations (SMROs), assisting them with state and local agendas as well as working with them to influence Washington, DC – from the Congress to government departments and agencies to the Office of the President of the United States. We also work with allies in Europe and Asia to influence talks on vehicle globalization and harmonization that are proceeding under the United Nations and the World Health Organization (WHO).
